Wolf is Back...

Release date has been on and off for August for a while now, I just hope they keep to what they have, I've been after a new Wolf game since RtCW, ET I don't admit existed, it was shit and spammy over all, just didn't have the fun of RtCW.

 

Ok, I brought the game and installed it, I was drooling over the keyboard, I was excited!

While I was installing I looked at the packaging and looked for the MP options of course, first thing I noticed was max 12 player online, WTF. I was gutted, oh well better load it up anyway.

I loaded the MP aspect of the game, no servers, it's cool, I got the game a day or two early, I can wait.

On Wed I was home, (family issues) so I loaded the SP campaign, graphics are not impressive at all, pretty plain and you can tell it's a game designed for consoles, bearing in mind you are constantly reminded of the XBox controller actions on the screen it's really out there.

SP seems very boring to be honest, I only got a little way in and thought to myself this is absolute shit, I'll go play COD 4 or COD5 SP for a decent campaign.

MP I got into last night, there is already a patch, I shit you not, once I got that installed I loaded the game up, still couldn't see any servers, took 2min for them to show up! I loaded into a server, I was still keen as I loved the MP of RtCW. I picked Medic, you only have 3 choices, Medic, Engineer and Soldier, I was German and able to choose from MP40 and Kar98, again, the actions of the Kar98 after playing other WWII games left a lot of questions in my mind.

But in short, if your planning on buying Wolf, do NOT bother, I wouldn't even download it to try, it's not worth the pain and agony you will suffer, your best off remembering the game in RtCW days and not Wolf or the poxy expansion for RtCW. They seriously fucked up the game and I was talking to Tails, I repacked it in the box and put it away.
