Guild Wars question...

umm, first time I've logged into my account for about 6 months and it seems that 2 of my characters have changed their appearance my brunette chick is now blonde and taller and my necromancer dude has freckles and a pointed type patch of hair at the front of his forehead. they weren't like that when I left em I know that for sure.
has anyone experienced this before?

 

There was some changes I recall, my chars looked different when I reinstalled, and looked at character screen, haven't logged on to them all, they used to reset to what they were once u logged into them

Hey just soos ya knows, the character screen did that to give you kinda like a preview of what you could do with the new features. They revert back to what you had them dressed/designed after you log into that character.
