    thanks Px :) hope all's going well on your side of the ditch! narelle called me at 10:00am to say she wasn't sure, then again at 10:30am to say I'd better go home "just in case". so from first noticing what "might be a contraction" to birth was about 8-9hrs. only the last 90 minutes were hard core though :) (her description, not mine)
