This is what happens when complete and utter retards are in power, have these people come out from under their rock and "watched" the Alien and Predator movies at all? Have they watched any Horror film. And have they seen the first two AvP games? I am guessing they are probably horrified when Bambi's mother get's shot. If I had the money I would move to the state's and annoy Hansuke, we really need to get these idiots out of office, get ourselves and R18+ rating so adults can play these games.

Its only that turkey in SA who's stopping an R+ ratting. Once he's gone, at the next election we should get an adult ratting. Wasn't there something happening up in Qld to circumvent this guy?
They are trying to bring in a state R18+ rating, which is interesting for them. Also though been news MA is being investigated for fraud or something to do with housing or zoning, this was on the news last week.
For our international members, Australia does not have an adult rating for games. So once the dickheads on the classification board decide a game needs higher level classification then our highest (presently - mature audience MA15+) well it's banned. As Hicksy has already pointed out above, the media can show basically anything because they have an R18+ adult rating category, but not for games. I do hope that petition gets the go in Qld mate that's for sure.
