    woot. out of my cast and drove my 4x4 for the first time in 8 weeks.look out driver's the pain is back on the road.
    dam it's great to drive around and not have relay on others.
    know the hard part physiotherapy.i feeling pain already

    Just make sure you keep at it mate, if they say things like "You'll be lucky to get much movement back" don't listen, they told me the same thing that I would be lucky to even bend my wrist after the accident, but I proved them wrong and it's back to 80% movement when they thought I would be lucky to have 50%.

    yer the doc yesterday was full of shit. i'm like you are talking shit and thats not what the doc that did the surgery was saying.i will get movement back it will just take time.i here it all the time.doc say you will not be able to do that or this.but you find ways of over coming problems.

    You do mate you do, I can not bend my wrist fully backwards or down, if I fall and bust it again I have to have it fused, this all happened in 1998 but as long as I take it easy it should be ok, plus I don't climb trees!

    But follow what the Pysio says and take it easy, don't push too hard or you might damage it more, if I over stress my wrist the pin has a nasty habit of moving around and causing shit loads of pain (which is currently what it's doing), but it's in there for life, you done a lot of damage to your self so just be wary and take care mate, if you need to talk about shit, give me a yell.
