    SoF3 Payback

I just bought SoF3 Payback from EB for $25... it was 2 for $50, but i'm rather surprised that a new release game would be marked for on special at EB. I think that says alot on how good the game is really gonna be... The box and packaging, as well as the manual looks really cheap and bad too, i guess it fits the $25 dollar game category quite well. Frankly, i'm a little scared to install the game, atm. ;D

Oh.. and the manual was 1 Page, as in front cover back cover..

Manuals are things that don't exist these days. As for SOF3 I think u will find a lot of people who wanted it orginally, boycotted the purchase due to the modified version we got here in Aust due to our archaic censorship law

even if it wasn't modified the game is bog to play and hasn't really moved forward with the times

Agreed Jello the first 2 SOF were Brilliant and great to play, but payback is IMHO has really tarnished what was a great series, It feels very awkward to control (as if it was programmed with Console in mind) and is very Buggy (and I can't see many more patches on the horizon given it's budget status) and Oh the voice acting in SP is Crap!

I loved SOF2 and was really looking forward to this game, when Tails told me he brought it and basically said it was crap I felt let down. Reminds me of IGI2 which I really liked but the support died in the arse for the game. It seems the companies might be rushing the releases to try and get sales, bad news for them is it won't work and will make it harder for people to get another game from them.

At least with SoF2 you got a MP demo which I played non-stop and this is where I become a GameOp for Game Arena, helping get the original servers up and running got the admins and loved every moment, but SOF3 we didn't even get a Demo which is probably a good thing, as I don't think they would have sold 1 copy of the game.
