    NOT THE ONLY [OLD] OUT THERE!

    Hi all, this is [OLD]Sgt.Spud.....I admin a little group called [OLD]Lions Den and yes we remember Space Invaders! In fact the game we all started online with was TeamFortress,
    so we have been around for a little while at least.

    I was just browsing servers and i came across yours ...nice to see that we are not the only [OLD] farts out there.
    Our oldest member is Burnmeister he is 63 yrs old and still plays 4 or 5 nights a week.

    We are mostly located in Canada but have some members from the USA.

    Anyway........I just feel a slight comaraderie with the older folks out there in the gaming world...those young fellers don't realize that all we had to play with were sticks with nails in em!.......

    Our little corner of oldies has only kicked off recently, mainly COD series, WOW & GW types here atm, best thing is we can have a beer or 2 & a laugh on voice comms without taking things to seriously.

    Yep, can remember making a rifle outa a piece of wood, with some nails for the trigger & using pine cones for hand grenades :p

    As the others have said we've only just formed really, but it's good to see some other oldies out there :D.
