    Newcomer: RJG (Press E for Medic)

    Hi,

    Some friends of mine, and a brother and sister in law or too, have decided that your fine establishment might make a nice new home, and I have to agree.

    About myself. I'm 24, currently studying bachelor of communications and trying to get some writing work on the side (creating web content, copywriting, etc) and have been gaming since my brother first got bored and left the old wood grain Atari unguarded for a spare minute.

    Since then it's been one long dungeon crawl, and I wound up here.

    Mostly I've been playing on consoles, but the last few years have had consoles get more and more boring. Games aren't hard anymore, and my usual preference for hardcore action games has left me with nothing to play, outside the occasional Ninja Gaiden, God Hand or Devil May Cry.

    Nowadays, I mostly play TF2 (Medic and Soldier mostly), and am eagerly awaiting Left 4 Dead. Purchasing a PS3 or 360 is a distinct possibility by the end of the year, but again, the lack of games I actually want to play on the things keep me from making the leap. Street Fighter IV might change that though.

    So there you have, the abridged, Reader's Digest version of RJG.

    P.S. I have read the Terms and Conditions and the Code of Conduct, and found them to be most reasonable. I'm also aware of the whole "sponsor and interview" thing, and have no qualms with that either.

    Thanks for the warm welcome guys and gals.

    I will look in to getting COD4, but I can't promise anything soon. Uni student and all. :p

    I'll be a bit busy over the next couple of days, but hopefully I'll see you online tonight if anyone's up for some TF2.
