I said it before, this is not your problem, it's their problem. Not good enough. i would also be concerned with a box that has done this much travelling. Check it very carefully when it arrives. If there is any marks, make a note on the delivery docket before signing. Take lots of photos , double check and let them know stright away if there is any issues. ( but you probably know this, I see people overlook simple things with deliveries all the time . )

but then again patience is a virtue.

the thing is I have worked with lots of courier companies, they all lose things. What matters is how quickly the problem is solved.

Glad to hear they coughed up a replacment. RMA's can be painful and are usually out of the hands of the reseller and no amount of foot stamping will change that!! ( bloody vendors ).

Oh yes, we've had Startrack drop a box, thus breaking a PC case we had to replace. TNT transported my fathers motorcycle from the NT to Syd years ago and it needed parts and a paint job after the trip, they have dropped it :(

Damn Right Hick its a fucking disgrace it really is...reeks of shonky operators who don't give a flying fuck about there customers.

I keep telling ya Dummy go to ACA or one of those TV current affair shows and expose these bastards for the fuck heads they really are as soon as a reporter knocks on there door and hounds them they be sucking your balls Dummy and giving you all sorts a brand new shit to shut you up.

And if not at least you'll expose them on national TV and hopefully there sales will plummet through the floor and shut the wankers down.

    rant over

Yerp, the only way to get em to improve is to demand an accounting, it sucks but by and large the end result is worth it :D
