What's new is now available as the last entry in the Forums sub-menu. I haven't reinstated the Mark All Read button in the What's New screen though and probably won't until we go to the upgrade.

Lol, the version we're running is about 8 months old, there's been lots of new features etc made (one of the major ones being a responsive design for smrtphones/tablets etc) and thought is about time I upgraded the site.

I will post up this weekend what it's all about - it wasn't supposed to be so obvious with the changes at this stage, mainly behind the scenes stuff - but one slip of the keyboard and oh crap!

Yep, thought my "what" new" button had taken a roundabout cruise somewhere. Found it though. It seems to be in a better place now IMHO. I sometimes have trouble with the old top-line menu on my little netbook or my office laptop. :)

there is a little white box on the right hand side called tab use mode (or something similar) tick it or untick depending on what it is and it will then show the rest of the forums :)

Yes, untick it and it goes back to the normal view for the forums.

I've noticed that even thought I've read the thread when I click on 'What's New' the thread I've just read is still listed. There have been no additions to it whilst I've been reading it.. Could this be another fault you need to look at Fodds?

Fodds it seem to be only the BF4 thread that Fish started that's causing me trouble. It keeps getting listed as new.

Also when ever I try to edit my posts all I get is the window box to do the editing in but it has a white background and no text and I can't select anything inside this box. The editing tools, font, type size etc are there and can be changed but I can't do anything else.

This is the same for me when I try to edit at work also on the mac.
I've noticed that it has only started after the last update to FireFox and PaleMoon browsers.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

I have come across that editing issue, has been happening for me for a while, and I've been trying to find a fix for it, I suspect it's an addon that we're using but I haven't been able to nail which one yet. As a temporary workaround if you click on More Options you will see the proper editing screen with the text etc.

I'm not sure what the go is for the BF4 thread always been shown as new, I've not had that problem with it.
