Being a big lover of music in general, I'd have to say the 80's was a great era for music, it was a decade like the 70's with lots of experientation. It was the era that electronic music really came into being. There was some really great music & bands to come out of the 80's, but there was some utter crap too, the funny thing is we all know the words to the good & the utter crap ;).

God, Jump Spy vs Spy :), going to have to youtube & find some.

47 in April. So let me ask you this people. Yes, you are getting older, but do you still feel like you are in your twenties, just a bit wiser, more patient, level headed?

I generally do still feel like a youngster, until I'm reminded of my age by a true young one, or i look at the mirror and realise that's me lookin' back:) OR I go to the AC/DC concert 2 nights ago and stand for 5 hours and rock out with my C**K out and suffer for days later with sore feet, legs and back and fall asleep early etc!! LMAO!! I won't let it get me down though....age is mostly a state of mind, occasionally influenced by the vehicle we travel thru this thing called life in. Shoulda been puttin' unleaded in my vehicle from the get go but ;) Ah well.........:confused:moke:

The Angels, Now that is a band. 45 mext month, 2stuffed knees and a stuffed lumba disk. Age has nothing to do with it. It was the years between 18 and 25 that did it to me.

LMFAO, well that's not exactly true, howabout us anachist types who wanted punk to take over the world ;)

This is my point Fez, the porblem is that some loose the state of mind & then become boring old farts ;).

Agree :) seen them a few times over the years.

Yeah It felt good to say Jello as a joke ...but the truth is there was a quite a few few good tunes in the 80's also I favor Metal but listen to a wide range of music and genre's from the 60's to current and enjoy it all

Yeah 70's & 80's. But the bands had to be Black Sabbath, Led Zepplin, Frank Zappa, The Doors, Yes, Pink Floyd, (Emerson, Lake and Palmer), Deep Purple, Lou Reed.

And a more modern band that I saw in the UK, Rammstein. Absolutley fanbloodytastic.
