The PC and Monitor

Keyboard & mouse

Other input device , microphone etc

Monitor cable

Power cables (screen & PC)

Headphones, Headset (no speakers please)

Drivers & programme disks

Game Disks

Blank Disks

Extension lead 5m or longer

Powerboard

Cat5 Cable 10m or longer (looms supplied, however spare cables never go astray)

Camera, batteries and lead

Mobile phone & charger if necessary

Toiletries

Spare clothes

Water bottle

Back up critical data the day before.

If traveling long distances it may pay to remove your graphics card from your motherboard for the journey.

I can't find a list of games we may be playing anywhere? Am I blind coz I was sure I'd seen one somewhere before? Just like to make sure I have all that I can along with patches etc.

Here it is for anyone else silly as me : The server lists will include: CS:S, DOD:S, TF2, L4D, COD4, COD:WAW, UT3, UT2004, Far Cry, Trackmania, and of course the Peggle eXtreme Championships . Anyone is welcome to bring their own server and game list and tap into the core so all games and players are welcome at this epic event.

I will be running some WaW SP Co-Op and Zombie mode as well on the weekend plus I am taking my laptop as well and will look at running a Rainbow 6:Vegas 2 server. When I am not using my rig it can probably host most games anyway without issues and while I am using it. So keen to hook a few up guys

To be honest I doun't know how "thongs" came up, only thongs I wear are brothel creepers on the feet. Going to buy that Canon camera today if the boys get off their arses and do up the invoice, lazy shits.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone that attended the .DiscO ! LAN II. I am proud to say that everything that I had hoped for turned out to be even better than expected. Everyone showed great respect, appreciation and kindness to strangers they had never met and I'm sure everyone has left with great memories and even greater friendships than once before. If was just brilliant to have a bunch of my friends and familiar faces around all weekend because with this business and work commitments so far my idea of "getting out" for the last 8 months has been a drive to the bakery or butchers .

A big thanks to Kara and Bodella for organising the raffles of computer goodies in support of TOG. I would also like to thank HaaHn once again for his time and effort that went into all of the personalised stickers for each and everyone that attended the LAN including the OLDr and [OSOK] members with all profits going back into TOG. Even though my wife Jane and our other employees will probably never read this post, I'm sure everyone including myself would like to give them a HUGE thanks for running behind the scenes for the entire weekend. The food was great and in good supply for all meal breaks throughout the days. Everything from cleaning the toilets, mopping the floors and runs to the bottleshop for more supplies, the ladies came through on all accounts.

I hope everyone had as much fun as I did over the weekend. You may have noticed that being the host is a hell of a lot of hard work but worth every moment when I get to see the smiles and hear all of the laughter going on around the room. So thank you all for making my weekend just perfect and this event a huge success.

Disco please thank all your Staff and your lovely wife for their efforts over the weekend, having to put up with you is probably more than enough, but to put up with all your gaming buddies was added work. I am sure I speak for everyone who attended that we enjoyed it a lot, it was well organized and a shit load of fun. I know quite a few of us are looking forward to Disco LAN III so lets get that cranking.
