It's nearlly time Beefers, welcome back to some old school BF2.

Sunday the 30th is drawing near, and with so many old names lining up to play in Community Carnage Invitaional XI, this promises to be explosive fun.

With this being the 6th CC, we are all pretty much aware of the concept. But for those who aren't, here's a breif run down. We will be playing a large format Battlefield 2 match with expeirenced players who know what BF2 is all about. Forget the pubs, this is how large format Beef is meant to be played. Organised teams who are willing to play in the name of fun.

As per usual, we will be playing on a solid server hosted by our friends from Game Arena, with all the action called live by the fantastic team that is netGameRadio.

There will be some cash prizes up for grabs during and post match, with a big emphasis put into the video prizes. So no matter if your playing in the game itself, or just listening in on all the action, there will be the oppertunity for all avid BF2 enthusiests to get there hands on some $$

There are certain criteria that you must follow to be involved in the match, all of which is very easy.

Firstly, you will need to play in the match under your known account, no alias's.

secondly, you must have ventrilo installed. http://www.typefrag.com/services/ventri ... bgodBx-Kzg

and then have the netGameRadio ventrilo details installed. vent.netgameradio.com port 20000 You must be in the ventrilo server and ready by 8.00 pm on match night, otherwise you may be replaced. Each team will have seperate vent channels which will be passworded and given out apon entry into nGR's vent server.

Thirdly, No macro's, no glitching or cheating of any kind..This will equal instant kick.

Fourth, All those involved with being assigned a chopper or jet role must adhere to a agreement that no base rape will accur. Basically, stay away from the uncaps unless chasing your opposition while they try to reload or repair. The only exception to this rule is the attack chopper at East Oilfields, this chopper is fair game. Jets and choppers can kill this freely on the pad. Ground troops will not be allowed to steal opposition aircraft in the uncaps, so basically, unless you are chasing a commander to kill, or blowing up assets, stay out of the uncaps.

Fifth and final thing. Have some fun with it. This is not to see who the best of the best is. By all means, play hard, but don't be afraid to pull the knife and slice your way through your opposition. Nothing beats a good knife fight.

The passworded server that we will be playing on will be up after midday on Sunday, password will be given to squad reps, please keep this password to yourselves, we don't want uninvited visitors.

The server will have the tickets doubled, no unlocks, team kill punish off, team balance off and battle recorder enabled. Try and be in the server early and ready to go live by 8.30 pm GA time.

Prizes will be allocated as such.

Epic moments awards. 4 prizes worth $50.00 each.
Knife bountys. 4 awards worth $50.00 each.
The video prizes are as such

    first prize - $300.00
    second - $200.00
    third - $100.00

If any of the knife bountys dont go, money from those will go towards first prize of the video comp.

Look forward to seeing you all in the server, game on.

    cheers, whitey
